Adrian is working on creating a different Food Future !
My Square Metre is an Urban Farming and Environmental Education business established by Adrian Baiada to combine his experience and passion for real food, community engagement and environmental project management to create a healthy food future.
Adrian specialises in creating edible spaces from kitchen gardens to urban farms anchored in a Nature Based Approach to food growing that encompasses principles and techniques from Organic and Sustainable Agriculture, Biodynamic Farming, Permaculture Design.
Workshops and Training are our other passion, delivering tailored engagements to get Chef's, Teachers, Schools, community and corporate groups growing and harvesting their own fresh produce.

CURRENT PROJECTS
Burwood Brickworks + Acre Eatery and Farm Burwood
We are working with farm-to-table group Acre Farm and Eatery and property developers Frasers Property Australia to create Australia's first Rooftop Urban Farm in a retail environment at the former Burwood Brickworks site, Melbourne.
Comprising of up to 2000SQMs of productive urban agricultural space this farm-to-table system will provide fresh produce direct to the Acre Eatery and will showcase nature based approaches to growing food in an urban environment.
